Samantha (Sam) DeBianchi founded DeBianchi Real Estate in July 2011, knowing that her unique background in hospitality and passion for real estate could help her provide the market with an innovative real estate buying and selling experience second to none. Sam has represented a number of athletes, entrepreneurs, investors and locals and provides all of her clients with the best-in-class service.
Her drive for excellence coupled with her innate creativity and “over-the-top, out-of-the-box thinking” led her to fill a void missing in the industry and obtain positions writing for Zillow as a Blog Contributor as well as speaking nationally about the housing market on FOX Business. Her expert advice and opinions have been featured on major media outlets including Forbes, FOX News, FOX Business, AOL, and Yahoo as well as in various publications, radio shows and television networks across the nation.
Sam, who has always been on the fast track, graduated early from Florida Atlantic University at only 20 and earned her MBA from Nova Southeastern by the age of 22, has parlayed her real estate upbringing into a thriving career. As an avid reader and researcher, Sam is educated on the latest market news and trends, and truly has a “sixth sense” for her client’s real estate needs. She prides herself on employing a no-nonsense, straight-forward approach and is constantly aiming to raise the bar of the real estate industry.

Molly Sikora

Molly Sikora joined DeBianchi Real Estate in the position of a real estate agent after re-locating to South Florida five years ago. Originally from the Northeast, Sikora grew up in the world of real estate working in her family’s business, Apple Island Company, a Vermont corporation involved in land planning, permitting, real estate sales, architectural and building services. She most recently served as the company’s Treasurer. Prior to that, she spent three years as Apple Island’s office manager and bookkeeper, overseeing the company’s corporate accounts.
John DeShields

A fourth generation Floridian, John DeShields joined DeBianchi Real Estate as a real estate agent with a rich knowledge of the local real estate community and a broad background in management and hospitality. Before joining DeBianchi Real Estate, DeShields served as a personal management consultant for professional athletes, including three Kansas City Chiefs players. While attending Florida Atlantic University, where he played five years of college football under Coach Howard Schnellenberger, DeShields also managed and supervised the daily operations of leading construction supplier, Smith & DeShields, his family’s owned business.
