Our company has developed an innovative program where we will donate a portion of our commissions to a charity of our client’s choice. When we close your deal, we let you choose which charity or non-profit organization you would like us to donate to. When it comes to philanthropy, DeBianchi Real Estate Founder and Owner Samantha DeBianchi leads by example. Known throughout South Florida for her effortless giving of time and resources, she is involved with an extensive list of local non-profit organizations. In addition to her on-going work with the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Make A Wish Foundation, PULSE- Young Professionals of American Heart, HANDY and Emerge Broward, she is currently a Co-Chair of BeachBash benefiting Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) and one of CFF’s Fort Lauderdale’s Finest. She was recently a “Woman of the Year” nominee, raising money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS).
